What does "from 990 NOK" mean?
990 NOK per month is the starting price for the plan. Your final price depends on your sauna and is set out in your quote. Get in touch and we will tailor it to you.
What is the transaction fee for?
HEAT charges 1.99% of each payment your guests make through the system, on top of the subscription. For example, a 400 NOK booking costs 7.96 NOK in fees.
Is there a limit on bookings or contacts?
No. Bookings and contacts are unlimited, and the price stays the same whether you have 10 customers or 10,000.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, and you keep access to your data for 30 days after cancelling so you can export what you need.
