Who is responsible
HEAT, Bergen, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected on heatbooking.com. Privacy questions can be sent to kontakt@heatbooking.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write about your booking system, number of saunas or other inquiry.
Why we use it
We only use this information to reply to your inquiry and follow up on a demo or agreement. The legal basis is that you asked to be contacted (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
The form is delivered to us by email through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data on our behalf. Vercel Web Analytics is used for anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics.
How long we keep it
We keep the information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting kontakt@heatbooking.com. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
